Forest Sports Education

At VLUK FSE campus, we aim to provide quality learning experiences for students to enable them to progress in the sports industry. We pride ourselves on developing the whole learner.

Whilst studying the aim is to develop you academically, personally, socially, physically and professionally. It is our belief that developing these areas will give learners the best chance of success within the sports industry.

A typical week at VLUK - FSE Campus will not only involve BTEC lessons but also other sessions to develop you as a person. You will participate in a specialised sport of your choice which could include football, basketball, weightlifting or many other options.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to experience a different sport each week to develop your understanding of a variety of different sports. Furthermore, you will participate in a strength and conditioning session each week at a local partner gym.

On top of practical sessions, the VLUK tutor team runs tutorial sessions to help you develop key life skills you will need upon completion of your course.

As a VLUK FSE learner, you will also have the opportunity to gain work experience and even paid employment with our partner coaching company ProStars. You will be given the responsibility to plan, lead and evaluate PE sessions in a number of different Primary Schools.
