Eastleigh FC Academy

Eastleigh Football Club's Scholarship Programme has been running for 9 years, with the simple aim of helping talented footballers make progress in their careers, whilst continuing their academic studies.. The scheme enables young players to enjoy full time football training coached by UEFA qualified coaches and competitive fixtures alongside their academic studies. Eastleigh FC has teams in the National Youth Alliance, The Tactic Premier League, as well as the prestigious FA Youth Cup. The club has a history of producing young talented footballers: Brett Williams (Reading FC), Aaron Martin (Southampton FC) and Will Aimson have all gone on to join football league clubs. The club has also produced it's own talent with 25 appearances made by Eastleigh scholars in the first team last season alone.

The current first team squad contains a host of players who train full-time. Along with a number of players making a career out of football, others have gone on to be successful off the pitch. Last Season 4 1st Team Contracts offered 25 1st team appearances 12 Elite development squad places offered 1st and 2nd Year scholars winning the respective U19 National League Alliances Runners -Up in National Champion of Champions competition
