Beaconsfield Town Academy

We are an “education first” football academy with clear routes to semi-professional and professional football, as well as University.

Based at a non-league football club and coached by the current first team manager, Beaconsfield Town FC Academy offers an immersive football experience different from other academies with a clear pathway to first team football and beyond.

We currently have 1 academy student regularly involved with our first team squad which has led to premier league scouts attending games.

Learners are expected to put in as much work academically as they do on the pitch, ensuring they have a bright future, if they do not make it as a professional player.

With football becoming an industry about more than just the players, we work closely with learners to identify areas of interest off the pitch, then guide them towards the job role within football that matches that interest.

Roles we can support include coaching, scouting, physiotherapy, social media management and many more. An example of this is our highly sort after “Student Coach” role we offer to one of our second-year students, giving the chosen student the chance to complete the FA Level 2 qualification and gain a full year of coaching experience within the academy.
